Master of Arts Degree in Media Studies and Cultural Studies, University of Natal, Durban. Over 8 years experience in the media industry. She was the C.E.O. of Zimbabwe Television Pvt Ltd from 2003 -  2006. She is a published author having written publications on broadcasting and communication. Susan was instrumental in setting up Kidznet, the first ever children's production unit at ZBc from 2001 to 2003.

The unit was responsible for introducing fresh, innovative and entertaining content for the young and promotined the grooming of young television stars.

As CEO of ZTV she presided over various regional events such as the musical Solidarity Bash broadcast live from Chimoio Mozambique, Miss Tourism World live from Harare and Tanzania, World Cup and Africa Cup soccer qualifiers up to 2006.

Susan is also an educationist and lectures part-time post-graduate diploma and masters of Arts students in Media and Communication Studies at the University of Zimbabwe

Redemta completed a Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communications from Christian College of Southern Africa, Harare in 2000 and a Certificate of Achievement in Television Production in 2001 from UNESCO; she followed this through with a Certificate in Advanced Editing from the same institute.

She brings a winning combination of technical knowledge, and an ear for good sound engineering. Redemta’s flair and aesthetic balance has seen her appointed judge for Zimbabwe’s premier film festival, ZIFF for the past 2 consecutive years.

William has a qualification in Information Technology having graduated from the Institute of Commercial Management with a Diploma in Computer Science in 1996. His passion for film led to a two year stint with the sole broadcaster, Zimbabwe Broadcasting Corporation in the graphic department. He followed his new found passion with a Certificate in Multi-Media Concepts from the National Institute of Information Technology in 2005. His obsession with the filming industry led William to Mighty Movies in 2004, where he joined the group as a video editor. He nurtured his skill which later developed into producing and editing - commercials, documentaries, dramas and talk shows for television. His major productions include Every River Has its People (Okavango Delta), No Case to Answer (CITES) and News features for SABC News.

After obtaining his Bachelors Degree in Telecommunications, Information and Media Studies from Michigan State University in the United States of America, he returned home and cut his teeth on the business talk show, Talking Business with Supa. He has been involved in major productions that include, Operation Sunrise (RBZ), News features for SABC News.

Tapiwa has close to ten years experience in accounting and financial management having worked for Aon Minet Insurance Brokers and the Zimbabwe Institute of Public Administration and Management (ZIPAM). She holds full CIS and IAC qualifications.
